Legal help

Where can I get legal help that won't cost me a lot? I am having a neighborhood dispute over a fence and I need some help dealing with this. Suggestions?

Neighborhood disputes can cause a major riff between families that can take a long time to repair. The best thing to do is to try to find a compromise with your neighbor before it gets into the legal venue. If this cant be done you can take a look at www.gowinplaces.com/SA/legal for some suggestions on where to find economical or discount legal assistance. I had an incident with my neighbor as well where he turned me into the DEQ for a leaking septic system. We had no idea there was a problem and he never mentioned it. Now the DEQ has had me dig my whole system up to look for leaks to the tune of about $750 and no other problems. After tracing the leak back from my neighbor (it ran down a narrow tree root underground) I could have fixed the problem for about $50. Happy holidays from my neighbor Mr. Scrooge. Here I moved from the city to get away from the craziness only to move next to one.

I was scammed by J-J-T Ebay Seller

DO NOT BUY FROM J-J-T

I recently purchased a Dallas Cowboy blue/grey Eddie George Jersey with stars on the sleeve from the following Ebay seller. I got a plain whit jersey with a blue stripe on the sleeves and George on the back. The jersey could be from any team. Not what I ordered. In the description the seller states, watch out for fakes or reused pictures. He states that he uses only original pictures of the item you are buying. So either the wrong picture was used or they made a mistake in shipping.

J-J-T - Ebay store http://myworld.ebay.com/jerseys-jackets-tees/
jjt.wcny.com - email contact

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

I have tried to contact them by email (5 times), through paypal (3 times), and through their online store (3 times) and yet to hear one thing from them in 25 days. I would give them a bad feedback on ebay but my wife (who's account we used for the purchase) will get a retun bad feedback. Where her site and volume is small it will hurt her far worse than the large site that took us. Anyone have any other suggestions to right this wrong? Small claims court to annoy them? Letter from my lawyer? Any ideas?
